Explosion in Turbat leaves 2 dead, injures child

TURBAT: An explosion in Turbat late on Thursday left two people dead and one child injured, Express News reported.

Rescue and police teams have been alerted and are on their way to the site of the explosion.

The explosion spread waves of panic in the nearby area.

The intensity and nature of the blast could not be ascertained till the filing of the report.

A day earlier, Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch had sought guidance and suggestions from the members of the provincial assembly for improving law and order situation in the province.

He said they were critical of the government’s performance since no concrete suggestions had been presented for improving the security situation.
